Here we have a set of 4 painted 14x6 GT Styled Steel Wheels offered by Ford on cars such as Mustang, Mach 1, Torino, Cobra Jet, Cyclone, Spoiler, Montego MX and Ranchero GT. This set of 4 rims include 4 caps as well as a set of nice trim rings. These wheels were part of a decor package Ford used to seperate its performance cars from standard versions.  The 6 inch width was designed to accomodate disc brakes and the slotted design was for cooling the brake assembly.  The GT cap was part of the grande touring package also available were plain caps with no design or  MX caps for Montego's. We even added an attractive Running Horse emblem for Mustang owners a pony center cap!

This auction is for a set of 4 ready to install detailed wheels with new correct design reproduction trim rings. To complement this auction we are offering four caps appropriate to your model and design.  (Winning bidder to advise us at the time of payment)

  All 4 wheels have been bead blasted, painted with high quality aluminum paint and found to be in good usable condition. These  rims are not curb dinged or loaded with pit marks. The driver quality used caps have only minor imperfections as we know NOS caps would cost more than what we are offering this whole set of wheels for.  Standard lug nuts will fasten these optional wheels in place.  Unlike the 69 chrome version of this wheel we offer on Ebay ( ask if you have a need ) we felt there might be an owner out there with a true 68 GT model year car that might be interested in returning his classic to its original state.

Ford offered these attractive wheels as part of appearance packages on cars such as the Mustang GT , Cobra Torino GT , Cyclone GT or Spoiler which were equipped with Disc Brakes, to give proper clearance to the calipers while adding style and separating them from the common cars.

Whether installing these on an early 65 Mustang, or even a 73 version, these are an attractive alternative that will fit Ford 5 lug cars without any clearance issues on the turning radius, and still give you the looks you are after!

If you wish to pay COD and are close enough to pick up the item feel free to contact us to make an appointment.

International Customers: We do not accept Paypal from buyers outside the US. Please do not bid if this is your payment method. Shipping

NOTE: Before we can ship your order you must supply phone numbers.

The first is a home number for purchase verification. The second is a work, cell, or delivery (if different from home) number in case there is a problem during delivery.

Shipping is processed when payment is received. We usually ship via UPS. You must specify at auction close, which you prefer or it will be defaulted to UPS. Tracking number can be provided if requested.

Shipment usually takes 3 - 5 days from payment unless delayed. Delays are based on the order in which the payments are processed, complete information, touch ups (if necessary) and any special packaging needs. Occasionally shipments may be delayed due to car shows, or previous commitments. We strive to process your shipments as quickly as possible and will do everything possible to get your item to you as soon as we can.

United States Postal Service carries an additional $25.00 charge for package drop off at nearest station.

Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary with package origin, destination, size and weight particularly during peak periods.
