THIS AUCTION IS FOR A 68-72 CORVETTE HOOD L88 OEM GM C3. THIS IS AN ACCIDENT SURVIOR. THIS HAS SOME LIGHT DAMAGE ALONG THE FRONT EDGE AND A COUPLE SPOTS ON THE SIDE. NO STRUCTURAL DAMAGE. ALL OF THE HOOD BOLT HOLES AND THREADS ARE INTACT. APPEARS TO ONLY HAVE PAINT CRACKING. COMES WITH THE LATCHES AND CABLE. AS PICTURED.

Olympian Hoy dreams of racing at Le Mans
Wed, 09 Apr 2014SIR CHRIS HOY is planning a competitive comeback in 2016, with the Le Mans 24 hours race the target rather than the Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games. The 38-year-old is Britain's most decorated Olympian with six gold medals, including two at London 2012, and has won 11 world titles. He announced his retirement in April 2013, but his passion for motor racing and competition will be fulfilled after agreeing a deal with Nissan, which will see him compete in the 2014 British GT Championship.
Fourth annual World Automotive Design Competition winners announced

Students were asked to design a world car that has universal appeal. Christophe Charbault, a design student from the Ecole de design at the Universite de Montreal, won the first prize of US $10,000.
