THIS IS THE BRACKET THAT BOLTS TO THE FIREWALL THAT HOLDS THE CENTER OF THE GRILLE VENT. THIS IS IN VERY GOOD SHAPE. COMES WITH THE MOUNTING BOLTS AND MOUNTING PLATE.
