From a wrecking yard that closed in the mid 1970's comes this 8 track player for 1969 and 1970 Cadillac DeVille and Eldorado. Unit was stored in a dry storage unit for decades. Has nice cosmetics but there is some minor pin point pits on the 8 track door, picture 3. We have no facilities or knowledge to test this unit so are selling for parts or repair per eBays definitions. Two wires are cut on one plug, picture 4 but plenty remains for a splice.

Uwe Bahnsen 1930-2013
Wed, 07 Aug 2013The design world remembers Uwe Bahnsen, who passed away on 30 July aged 83. Born in Hamburg, he studied Fine Arts at the Hochschule für Bildende Künste before joining Ford in 1958. His final position at the blue oval was vice president of design, which he held until 1986.
Mini John Cooper Works GP special edition announced

Mini is bringing the GP name back in 2012, in the same limited amount, with the cars arriving at dealerships later this year.

It's bound to make its competition debut at the 24-hour race at the Nurburgring on 15-16 May 2010. The Rapide will be driven by Aston CEO Ulrich Bez, who has a history of competing at the Nordschleife in his part-time role as a gentleman racer.
