CHEVROLET -BUICK- OLDSMOBILE - PONTIAC THESE ARE THE "B" BODIES

THE UPPER HINGE IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND IN NOS/NORS STATUS.  BLESS E-BAY AND PARTS SCROUNGERS ALIKE. WE HAVE HAD THESE STORED SO WELL FOR SO LONG THAT I JUST RAN ACROSS THEM. (KNEW I HAD THEM BUT WHERE)

THE LOWER HINGE IS NOT QUITE AS EXOTIC BUT VERY SCARCE IN NOS/NORS. THE LOWER HINGE FITS BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT HAND APPLICATIONS OF 69-74 B BODIES (CHEVY&B-O-P) ALONG WITH 70-74 FIREBIRD AND 70-75 CAMARO ACCORDING TO PAUL HERD'S CHEVROLET PARTS INTERCHANGE MANUAL  COVERING 1959-1970 CAMARO,CHEVELLE,NOVA/CHEVY II, AND IMPALA.  THIS IS A VERY GOOD REFERENCE WITH ONLY VERY FEW ERRORS. (NO I DONT WORK FOR MOTORBOOKS INT.)

I HAVE ONE OF THE GM PLASTIC BAGS THAT IS GRUNG-EEE AND LOWER HINGE HAS GM PARTS DIV. PAPER TAG WITH PN 9816926 PLAIN TO SEE AND FOR THE UPPER HINGE THE COUP D'GRAS -GM PARTS DIV PARTS PLANT DEALER PICKING TAG WITH PN 8720944 ORDER # AND DATE WRITTEN DLR CODE ETC AD NAUSEUM. (SEE PHOTO ABOVE)

HAVE 3 69 IMPALA/CAPRICE COUPES AND HATE TO PART WITH THESE.  THE PRICE REFLECTS MY "DONT REALLY WANT TO SELL THESE" BUT AS USUAL MONEY TALKS.  WILL CONSIDER SEPARATING THE PAIR - THE UPPER IS V. EXPENSIVE AS HINGES GO!

This is the new Audi RS7 Sportback, just unveiled at the 2013 Detroit auto show. It's an A7 Sportback given the hardcore RS treatment, meaning a 552bhp and 516lb ft 4.0-litre bi-turbo V8 that will sprint the RS7 to 62mph in 3.9sec. That's faster than the latest Porsche 911 – it seems life just got a bit harder for the Mercedes CLS63 AMG and BMW M6 Gran Coupe.

Autorama Ridler Award goes to a woman for the first time

For the first time in the history of the Ridler Award, the trophy was won by a woman. The 1933 Ford Phaeton, named Gold Digger, owned by Tammy Ray of Dahlonega, Ga., was judged the best of the Great Eight at the Detroit Autorama on Feb. 28.
