This auction is for an OEM, Show condition heater control assembly. It will fit all 1969 and 1970 B-body's Chargers, Coronets, Road Runners, GTXs, Super Bees etc. It was completely disassembled and cleaned. The back plate was removed, cleaned, and repainted. The white lettering was hand painted white. It is in excellent show condition for it age. The chrome plating has an excellent shine with some very light pitting that will not even be seen when installed. The temp and fan lettering have new PCG decals and looks excellent. New fasteners were also installed. It comes with the three speed fan switch that has been disassembled, cleaned, lubricated, tested and it works great and two control cables that are in excellent working condition.  Again: It is ready to install and excellent for most any car shows. They are gitting harder and harder to find in decent condition anymore. Questions, please ask before bidding.

Ford had the Thunderbird and GM the Corvette, but Chrysler's approach was more pragmatic, producing cars that were practical and robust but also slow. But we know from the difference the 4.7 made to the V8 what a great car the V12 must be to drive. And we’ll get our hands on one at some point soon.

Ram truck gets new V6, eight-speed transmission

The Ram pickup scheduled to be introduced in April will offer both the Pentastar 3.6-liter V6 and an eight-speed transmission, according to a Chrysler Group filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The voluntary annual filing--which appeared Tuesday on the automaker's corporate Web site, chryslergroupllc.com--laid out many new features of the upcoming version of the automaker's top-selling vehicle. The new eight-speed transmission "reduces fuel consumption by up to 12 percent over our current five-speed transmissions," such as the one now in the Ram, the filing said.
