1969-1970 Mustang Boss 302 429 Bud Moore, Shelby Team, Trans-Am, lightweight front end parts: fiberglass quarter extension pair with Ford #s on them, Ford KKX half thick bumper and stone guard special tag for thin sheet metal, Ford KKX aluminum bumper support pieces x 6, lightened Ford door hinges x 4 (set). These parts lighten the nose of a Mustang by more than 100#s! Most of these were from Bud Moore's shop and were used to meet the challenging weight rules of SCCA Trans-Am in early 1970s. 
This is a very rare example of Ford’s racing history in NASCAR in the hay day of racing.  
I have other NASCAR 429, Can-Am 494, ( including 62.5mm experimental Ford/Weber manifold for Can-Am, dual dominator Holman-Moody NASCAR 429 intake manifold ), Mustang Boss 429, Boss 302 Trans-Am period correct Ford, Kar Kraft, Bud Moore parts: half thickness used hood, Autolite/Ford racing transistorized ignition, American Magnesium TA70 wheel set and correct cantilevered Blue Streak Goodyear racing slicks 25 x 9.5 and 27 x 11 with original stickers still on them, magnesium valve covers, unique racing intake manifolds, Ford dry-sump assembles, Koni double adjustable dated shocks, Kelsey Hayes aluminum 1970 Trans-Am racing brake sets, KKX rear suspension and rear watts housing, if interested, not included in this auction.

Craig Metros is heading back to his native Michigan to take up a new position as Ford's exterior design director of The Americas. Metros leaves his current role as design director of Ford Asia Pacific in the company's Melbourne studio in Australia, where his team led the Everest, Falcon and Ranger programs. During Ford's PAG (Premier Auto Group) era, the CCS graduate was the first American designer to work in the Jaguar design studio in the UK before returning to America to lead the interior and exterior design themes of the 2004 Ford F-150.

OK, truth: It's kind of hard to not care. MORE THAN 45% of hire car users described hidden costs such as insurance and fuel as extortionate, according to a new survey. 200 UK consumers aged over 30 and earning more than £20,000 per annum were quizzed for the survey, conducted on behalf of Carhiremarket.com, with over 45% agreeing that hidden costs for insurance and fuel were extortionate. Users cited greater transparency or an all-inclusive upfront price as a more desirable option.
