This is an original horn spacer that attaches behind the drivers side horn on all 1969-70 Ford Mustangs, Shelby GT350 & GT500, and Mercury Cougars with air conditioning. This part was installed to maintain clearance with the A/C condenser. See photo for placement. Ford part number C9ZF-13925-A as seen in the 1969 Electrical Assembly Manual. Hard to find original part.
