69 MUSTANG FASTBACK GOOD ORIGINAL QUARTER EXTENSION. RH FIBERGLASS RARE, US $79.00, image 1
some erosion of surface
Brand:FORD Surface Finish:PRIMED Placement on Vehicle:Right, Rear UPC:Does not apply

This is a good RH or passingers side rear quarter extension which is correct for all 1969 Mustang and Boss fastback body styles. It will not fit anything else.  It has been media blasted and primed.  It does have some erosion of the surface, the worst of which is shown in photo #4.  No cracks. No stripped threads.   This is the lightweight fiberglass piece, very rare.   Ford first used these fiberglass pieces early in production but then decided to use the traditional pot metal after a short time.   Good usable fiberglass 69 fastback quarter extensions are very rare as they were quite fragile.    If you have been looking for one or more of these pieces you know how hard they are to find in nice original Ford.  The Ford part number is shown above. I'm cleaning out the garage and have had them stored, but no longer, as they need to go to someone who can use them.   Buy with confidence!
