HOW TO DO WARRANTY 

Exchange is accepted for the following conditions only. No exchanges will be accepted for colors.

Testing the rotary buckle and the tongue: place the 4 tongues into the rotary buckle. The PIN will fasten the tongues securely into place, and in this position, they are undetachable. In order to detach the tongues, turn the lever clockwise to the 9 o'clock position, or, anti- clockwise to the 3 o'clock position; the tongues will then detach one by one. If any of the tongues cannot be inserted into the rotary buckle and be securely fastened, or, if they cannot be detached from the rotary buckle, please contact our customer center right away.

All metal parts on the shoulder strap (adjuster, 3-bar, and attachment): these parts must be checked for their proper functioning; if they are securely fastened into place, the strap will not allow for noticeable slippages.
