- We will offer free repairing service within One Year from the date you purchased. Please kindly visit our home page to fill the online warranty card. Your item will get the one year guarantee when you filled the online card.

- As we send back the defective item to the factory, it normally takes time. It depends on the complexity of the technical problem. Please be patient during the time for repairing.

Broken Item
We check all our items before sending out,if you received an broken item or missing item, please kindly keep all the package material, take photos and send to us within 7 days.We ONLY accept those cases reported and provided photos to us within 7 days.We will help you claim damage or lost from courier company. However ,the courier company will take about 14~28 days to investigate the case.So,please be patience to wait for the result.
