Infiniti G25 revealed – but not for the UK
Fri, 13 Aug 2010The entry-level Infiniti G25 - thankfully just for the USA Well, we had what Infiniti called a ‘Performance’ debut at Pebble Beach with the first of Infiniti’s answers to the AMG and M Series in the Infiniti IPL G Coupe, and now we get the more prosaic debut – the Infiniti G25 with a 2.5 litre V6. The entry level G Range saloon gets a modest 218 horses and 187lb’ft of torque, a seven speed auto and will come in a choice of rear wheel drive or all wheel drive and, as far as we can see, you won’t be able to opt for a manual. Infiniti say that the G25 is for those who want an Infiniti G but who don’t want the power of the G37.
Michelin Challenge Design - Deadline for entries April 16
Tue, 01 Apr 2008You Can Design America's Next Iconic Vehicle Michelin Challenge Design - the global transportation design competition in its ninth year - is looking for America's next iconic vehicle. Submissions for the 2009 program will be accepted through April 16, 2008. The winning designs will be evaluated for their uniqueness, emotional appeal, design courage and technical execution by a jury of automotive design professionals and receive prominent display in the MCD exhibit at the 2009 North American International Auto Show. Eagle E-Type Speedster: Stunning new photos
Sun, 10 Jun 2012The Eagle Speedster – an E-Type Jaguar for the 21st century – in a new set of stunning photos in the South of France. We fell in love with the Speedster when Eagle created one for American doctor Rick Velaj and showed it at Salon Prive in 2009, and deeper still when Eagle revealed the Lightweight Speedster at last year’s Salon Prive, together with a set of photos of the Speedster that still adorn many a desktop at Cars UK Towers. But now we have new photos of the Eagle Speedster to update our desktops, laptops and smartphones thanks to Eagle’s jaunt to the South of France last summer with the Speedster.
