I have personally done my best to describe the part you are purchasing to the best of my abilities.
Please always as all questions before you purchase as well as any special shipping request as after you have made your purchase I cannot make any other accommodations in regards to shipping.
I do not ship outside the continental USA except I will ship to Canada and all tax and customs dues will be the liability of the buyer no exceptions.
If you want to purchase and pick up the item in person I will not accept PayPal for the transaction.
The buyer/purchaser is liable for making sure they are purchasing the correct part, all pictures are verified to be of the actual item you are buying, if you are unsure for any reason about a part fit, please contact me prior to purchase because I will not return a item because the wrong part was purchased, I do not accept any liability for Ebays compatibility guide.
In the event of a return the buyer will be liable for shipping both ways as well as up to a %20 restocking fee depending on the situation.
I give a 30 day warranty for used parts that fail within 30 days of the delivery date after they have been returned, please note used parts have been marked to identify them and the actual part you purchased must be the one I have returned for a refund and there are no restocking fees for failed parts, but the buyer will have to pay shipping both ways.  Abuse/neglect/physical damage/improper installation will void this guarantee as the guarantee is to cover failure at no fault of the buyer.
Guarantee is only limited to the part purchased, any additional lines, sensors, wiring, accessories not mentioned as being covered are not guaranteed even though I do my best to remove any non-usable junk.
Items with the condition being marked as "for parts only" are excluded from any grantees that are mentioned here and are sold as is without the possibility of being returned as the buyer understands it is not in proper operating order and may be missing pieces.
All items are sent either USPS or FedEx with tracking and insurance, items that sell for over $199.99 will require a direct signature no exceptions.
No shipping to AFO/FPO/POBoxes, unconfirmed addresses, or addresses not on file with PayPal, sorry no exceptions.
ALL items marked as "USED condition" will have a 30 day return allowance, items that are marked as "for parts" or "AS IS" then no returns will be accepted.
