These bars have a 12" rise with a 6" pullback and are Chrome finished. We were having trouble finding good quality 7/8" bars that had not been sitting in a warehouse for 30 years, so we decided to start making them. They are brand new and are bent on a CNC Mandrel bender for ultra smooth bends and flawless symmetry. They are made from 7/8" OD x 13ga wall (.095 thick) steel tubing. The 7/8" OD is used on many metric bikes as well as some British models. If you have 7/8" diameter bars on your bike, and your handlebar clamp spacing is 5-1/2" or less (outside to outside), then these bars should fit your bike (longer cables are usually required)

Jaguar F-Type CRASH!

Tue, 19 Mar 2013

The new Jaguar F-Type hasn’t hit the road yet – in fact very few outside Jaguar have been behind the wheel – but one has already crashed. The new Jaguar F-Type hasn’t started to hit Jaguar showrooms yet, and very few have been driven by anyone outside Jaguar. Jaguar have been letting a few ‘names’ loose in the F-Type for a bit of PR, like Le Mans driver Andy Wallace and Martin Brundle, but most of the ‘press’ play with the F-Type has been in the passenger seat.

smart fortwo gets a facelift for 2012

Wed, 01 Feb 2012

The smart fortwo gets a nip and tuck for 2012 The smart fortwo has been given a small cosmetic facelift for 2012, and will debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March. The perpetual loss-maker for Mercedes that is the smart car (the other being Maybach, which is now being left to wither on the vine) still continues, and Mercedes are planning a replacement, previewed by the recent smart forvision concept which heralds the new smart fortwo which will share its platform with the next Renault Twingo. But to freshen the current smart fortwo until the all new smart fortwo arrives, Mercedes has rolled out a few cosmetic tweaks for the current smart fortwo for 2012, but haven’t bothered to tweak either the chassis or engines.
