Includes all six tray making templates plus the router collet extension Use Your Router And Our Templates To Make Serving Trays Of Lasting Distinction Make beautiful serving trays with your router and our tray templates. These make great gifts any time of the year. Use the templates to make chip & dip, cheese & cracker and even candy trays. By gluing-up your scrap stock (2" thick seems to work best) and using different species of wood you can make truly beautiful serving trays. There are six templates included in this kit but four of them can be used to make multiple shapes. You could even mix and match templates "B" & "C" and also templates "E" & "F". In fact, with some imagination you can make more than a dozen different serving trays with these six templates. We C.N.C. machine the 1/2" thick MDF templates for precision and pre-drill and countersink mounting holes to make attaching to your work piece fast and easy, no double-sided tape required! The kit also includes a C.N.C. machined router collet extender to give you more than 2" of additional reach. The collet extension works with all of your 1/2" shank router bits and will come in handy on any project that requires additional depth. We recommend using our large Acrylic router base, item: 115-032 for extra support when routing the trays. We also carry a natural food-safe Finish and Tung Oil which really makes your trays stand out. These food safe finishes are FDA approved to use on any project that is intended for food contact. Detailed step-by-step instructions included. |

2012 Honda Insight gets a facelift and emits 96g/km
Sun, 04 Sep 20112012 Honda Insight We’re still not convinced that Honda has its heart in the Insight Hybrid, but they have no choice other than to present some semblance of competition to the stranglehold Toyota has developed in the hybrid market. So in an effort to make it more appealing, the unconvincing 2012 Honda Insight gets a bit of a facelift and, perhaps more appealingly for many, a cut in emissions to under the magic 100g/km. Titivations to the Insight for 2012 include a new front grill and bumper – just so existing Insight owners can feel fed up at driving the ‘old’ Insight – and a smaller spoiler and wiper at the back for better visibility.
Pontiac SD-290
Wed, 21 Nov 2007According to GM, the Pontiac SD-290 concept is "Designed to evoke the emotions of classic sports cars". Introduced at SEMA, the vehicle is derived from a Pontiac Solstice but has been transformed into a pure single-seat race car with its passenger compartment made obsolete by a hard tonneau cover. Despite its competition red paint scheme, it is difficult not to relate the SD-290 to the timeless shape of a D-Type Jaguar. We can also see the influence of BMW's 2004 H2R land speed record breaking concept in the SD-290's asymmetrical layout, with its racing cockpit protected only by a small windscreen in front of the driver and a faired headrest and roll-bar behind the seat.
New Year drink-drive warning for revellers
Tue, 31 Dec 2013SOME revellers will drink so much to see in the New Year that they might be over the legal driving limit for nearly all of January 1, the AA has warned. As many as 21% of people plan to drink at least 10 units of alcohol at New Year's Eve celebrations, potentially putting them still over the limit by 12 noon on New Year's Day. And the AA/Populus survey of more than 21,000 drivers also revealed that 2% would drink to such an extent that they risked being over the limit as late as 10pm on New Year's Day.
