This is a used rear side marker lamp assembly marked that it is a right (passenger's side) for 1970 1971 1972 1973 1974 1975 Manta models. I can't verify the application. Please check your own parts listings to be sure. The lens has some scratching. Cast on the lens is SAE P1A 70 SWF R  MADE IN GERMANY 300 640. The chrome on the exposed edge of the bezel is shiny with some speckling and paint overspray. Both mounting studs are intact. The attach bracket has areas of surface rust. The wiring has been cut off. Buyer to pay packaging/shipping. Shipping price includes insurance (US only).

Australian auto culture magazine, Fuel, has created this beautiful short film, Factory 6, featuring an interview with Melbourne-based, Detroit-raised Ford Chief Designer, Craig Metros. The film explores the shared Melbourne workshop space in which Metros and five other designers work on a number of automotive and art projects in their spare time. It offers a great insight into his inspirations, his feelings on making the jump from Detroit to Melbourne and how it feels to have fulfilled a childhood dream.

The McLaren P11 has now been named - it will be the McLaren MP4-12C Update 9/9/09: McLaren has now released full details and pictures of the McLaren MP4-12C Update 10/0/09: Ron Dennis talks about the MP4-12c and McLaren Automotive’s future plans. But of course it’s about McLaren history, and more than a passing nod to its F1 heritage. The McLaren F1 cars are all dubbed MP4, but I think we’d prefer to have seen something like McLaren F2.

Part 2 of our review of the Peugeot 207 CC The top’s down on the first drive, and close to home are some of my favourite twisty roads; roads I know well and for which I have a myriad of different benchmarks for test cars’ performance lodged in what passes for a brain. Sadly, my expectations and preconceptions were pretty much evidenced in the first corner, as the 207 CC turned in quite well but accompanied by some less than pleasant flexing which I expected to get worse as I pushed on. But it didn’t.
