Up for bid is a nice alternator bracket removed from a 1977 Trans Am. This will fit most of the 70-79 Trans Ams and firebirds with a Pontiac 350, 400, or 455 motor. You get just the pictured bracket, in great driver condition. It should be painted and detailed for a show car, but would be fine as is for a driver.  The bracket is not bent and he part number is still visible.  A great auction if yours is missing. If you need the fat style, I have one listed. Winner to add $13.00 shipping and handling, and payment is due via paypal as per Ebay listing rules. I will combine shipping when possible so check my other auctions out.  Currently parting out a 1977 Trans Am 4 speed car, and a 1979 Trans Am WS6, so e-mail with your needs and I’ll list the parts on ebay. Check my other auctions as I am cleaning out the garage and need to make some room. Good luck to all!!

If you own an iPhone, you’ll find CarPlay natural and intuitive – it’s this type of familiarity that car companies and Apple are banking on to win you over. Cars have been able to play your iTunes library and read texts for a while, but CarPlay takes this functionality to a whole new level.

Tue, 15 Apr 2014

The customized Ford Mustang from "Need for Speed" recently sold for big bucks at Barrett-Jackson, to the tune of $300,000. It may seem like a lot for a Mustang with a body kit in a movie that isn't going to win any awards. But the money went to a good cause -- it supports the Edith and Benson Ford Heart & Vascular Institute.
