This came out of one of our 79camaro's. I believe these will fit 70-81camaro's and firebirds, and maybe other years and models with a 10 bolt 8-1/2" rear end in it? This axles is in good shape, not new but there is no cracks or chips, There is some minor wear, where the bearing sits but will still work great. This measure about 30-1/8", I measured from where the back of the drum sits to the end with the splines on it. This has ( 28 splines) and they all look really nice. Detroit Motor Show 2010 (NAIAS) Preview

Tomorrow (Monday 11th January 2010) sees the opening day of the 2010 Detroit Motor Show (North American International Auto Show), the first major car show of the season, so we thought we ought to do a quick round-up of some of the cars you’re likely to see. One of the big domestic showings will be the Cadillac CTS-V Coupe, the super-quick coupe version of Cadillac’s super saloon.

Wed, 16 May 2012BMW 135is - US only BMW is not taking the new M135i to the US but has instead announced the BMW 135is Coupe and Convertible for the US only. There must be logic to BMW’s decision to badge a new 1 Series M135i for the UK and Europe and then add a new model in the US – the 135is Coupe – that actually has more power but no ‘M’ moniker. But that logic does escape us.

Thu, 28 Jan 2010The BMW 335iS Convertible - starts at $59K Normally we would have made the headline ‘BMW 355iS US prices’, but as BMW has decided that the new 335iS is going to be a North America car only we guess that anyone looking for a price will know it’s going to be a dollar price. As we reported last week, BMW are releasing the 335iS to bridge a gap they perceive exists between the 335i and the M3. Which seems more like the sort of think Audi would do rather than BMW, but perhaps they’ve learnt a trick or two from their four-ringed neighbours about filling every possible niche?
