Up for auction is a pair of headliner seatbelt trim removed from a 1976 Camaro lt. This car was disassembled years ago and the parts sat in storage. A few days a go we had the new BlueMotion Golf coming in at a chunk under it’s previous iteration on the CO2 emissions front, and today we’ve got Vauxhall’s baby being revealed for 2010 sporting CO2 emissions of 98g/km – which makes a change from the ubiquitous 99g/km figure. The new Corsa ecoFlex manages to trim the CO2 emissions from 105g/km on the previous Corsa ecoFLEX model to 98g/km – and therefore a freebie VED – with even the 5 door version sneaking below the 100g/km threshold.

Ferrari has been there since the beginning of F1, which makes Silverstone 2011 the 60th anniversary of Formula One, and to celebrate Ferrari is to release a limited edition model – the Ferrari 599 GTB 60F1. Based on the HGTE package available for the regular Ferrari 599 – which means stiffer springs and dampers, a bigger stabilizer bar at the back, bigger rubber and lowered suspension – the 599 GTB 60F1 is part of Ferrari’s Tailor Made programme (which does what it says on the tin).
