Up for bid is a good windshield cowl screen removed from a 1977 Trans Am. This will fit the 70-81 Trans Ams, Camaros and firebirds. This is the plastic piece that mounts over the hole in the cowl and keeps leaves and sticks out of this area. This one is in nice with no dry rotting or broken grids. I was asked to list this so here you go. Winner to add $12.00 shipping and handling (west coast will be a little higher, please wait for invoice) and payment is due via paypal as per Ebay listing rules. Currently parting out a 1977 Trans Am 4 speed car, and a 1979 Trans Am, so e-mail with your needs and I’ll list the parts on ebay. Check my other auctions as I am cleaning out the garage and need to make some room. Good luck to all!!

Chevrolet Camaro debuts at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show

Wed, 11 Sep 2013

The Chevrolet Camaro is a bargain-priced coupe and convertible that has made minimal impact in Europe since the introduction of this fifth generation model back in 2010. The firm is hoping a new boss and thus a newfound focus for Chevrolet Europe will help it capitalise on the launch of a facelifted Camaro, which receives its European debut at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show.

WRC Mini Concept (2010) first official pictures

Thu, 30 Sep 2010

While the Mini Countryman might be destined for suburban mumsville, BMW has confirmed the new model will also terrorise the countryside in the form of the WRC Mini from 2011, with IRC champ Kris Meeke at the wheel. Officially launched at the 2010 Paris motor show in concept guise, the WRC Mini will be engineered and run by motorsport doyen Dave Richards and his Prodrive outfit, although customer packages will be available too, allowing independents to compete in the car. Not so much – this is no time for misty-eyed Paddy Hopkirk odes.

Opel/Vauxhall teases Cascada mid-size convertible

Wed, 05 Sep 2012

Opel/Vauxhall has given us a sneak peek of its new mid-size convertible, the Cascanda, which effectively replaces the Astra Twin Top. The Cascanda features a full-size fabric roof that can be opened or closed with one button up to speeds of 30mph and is the latest model to shun a folding hardtop in favor of the lighter and more practical soft option. The company claims this is its first D-segment cabrio for more than 70 years but, unlike them, we haven't forgotten the Cavialier Convertible of the 1980s (see pic).
