NEW high performance master rebuild kit for the 1985-1986 700R4 (4L60) This kit contains all Red Raybestos HP clutches and Kolene Steel plates, including the Raybestos Red 8 clutch 3-4 pack. Also included is a Kevlar band, Transtec soft parts kit with every rubber seal and gasket that you'll need to complete your rebuild. The kit comes with a new filter, and now with a FULL bushing kit. The kit comes with everything that you'll need for a full high performance rebuild. A comparable kit from other dealers could easily run $350 jobber. Please specify the year of your transmission after your purchase. Remember to soak all of your clutches in tranny fluid for thirty minutes before you install them. So having given us the buy price – it starts at £17k – and the specification – the basic gets Climate , CD player, heated door mirrors, rear dimming mirror, electric windows, daytime running lights and Shift Indicator Light (SIL) – it’s now time to get the marketing underway. Despite feeling that Honda are barking up the wrong tree by trying to make an underpowered hybrid powertrain seem an appealingly sporty prospect, we have to admire their wish to do so.

Toyota’s Hiromu Naruse dies in LFA Nurburgring accident
Wed, 23 Jun 2010Hiromu Naruse dies in LFA Nurburgring Frankly, we’re not too sure of all the details, but it appears that Hiromu Naruse, Toyota’s Chief Test Driver – and Akio Toyoda’s personal driver – has been killed on a public road near the Nurburgring whilst at the wheel of a Lexus LFA Nurburgring Special. The reports coming in state that Naruse collided with a BMW being driven by two test drivers. Neither of the test drivers in the BMW was killed, although it seems that one has life threatening injuries and is in a critical condition.
