NEW master rebuild kit, one of our HD torque converters, and a Transgo SK 700JR kit This package is for the 1982-1984 27 spline 700-R4 The rebuild kit contains all Borg-Warner clutches and "Steel plates." Make sure you get a kit with steel plates. The cheaper ones don't have them and you "will" need them. Also included is a Transtec soft parts kit with every rubber seal and gasket that you'll need to complete your rebuild. The kit comes with a new filter, pump bushing and extension housing bushing. This kit also comes with the band. The torque converter that comes in this kit is balanced and pressure tested and has the heavy duty brazed turbine and torrington bearings. This converter has a stock stall speed and will be fine for up to 500 hp (Does not fit 2.8L, 3.1L, 3.4L engines). The shift kit fixes, stuck throttle valve; late or non upshifts; 3-4 clutch failure; soft on slide-bump 1-2; 2-3 cutloose; shuttle 4-3-4-3; and soft 4th shift. Along with fixing these common problems, you'll also see an increase in the life of your transmission due to the reduced slippage. Remember to soak all of your clutches in tranny fluid for thirty minutes before you install them. Check out our eBay Store for more great deals. BL failed to grow and develop the Mini beyond the 1960s, although it had success in the ’60s with badge-engineered Minis (Riley Elf, Wolsely Hornet), Mini Coopers and Countrymans, and even a grown-up Mini – the Austin/Morris 1100. So BMW are really only carrying on what BL did in the ’60s, just in spades.

There are no design surprises: the bodysides are curvy and more crisply pressed, the rear lamps supersized, otherwise the floating roof, wraparound chrome piping and wheel-at-each corner stance are all present and correct. ‘We need to be careful,’ BMW Group design director Adrian van Hooydonk told CAR.
