Make sure you get a kit with steel plates. The cheaper ones don't have them and you "will" need them. Also included is a Transtec soft parts kit with every rubber seal and gasket that you'll need to complete your rebuild. The kit comes with a new filter, pump bushing and extension housing bushing. This kit also comes with the band. The torque converter that comes in this kit is balanced and pressure tested and has the heavy duty brazed turbine and torrington bearings. This converter has a stock stall speed and will be fine for up to 500 hp (Does not fit 2.8L, 3.1L, 3.4L engines). The shift kit fixes, stuck throttle valve; late or non upshifts; 3-4 clutch failure; soft on slide-bump 1-2; 2-3 cutloose; shuttle 4-3-4-3; and soft 4th shift. Along with fixing these common problems, you'll also see an increase in the life of your transmission due to the reduced slippage. Paul Walker's brothers to help finish 'Fast & Furious 7' scenes
Fri, 18 Apr 2014Universal Studios has announced that Paul Walker's brothers, Caleb and Cody, will fill in for their late brother in a number of scenes in the upcoming seventh installment of the "Fast & Furious" franchise. This announcement by the studio follows news that computer-generated imagery would be used in some of the unfilmed scenes necessary to complete the photography for a revised version of the script. Cody, 25, and Caleb, 36, will reportedly contribute their voices for the needed dialogue of Walker's character, Brian O'Conner, according to TMZ.
