I have up for auction a 1971 BUICK 455 800 CFM Rochester Carburetor. This carb would have been correct for a Stage 1 GSX or GS with a Buick 455 engine. Carb is Used but pretty clean in my opinion, all parts move freely. See Pictures and judge for yourself. The numbers on this carb are: 7041540 MF 1241 Will work on other GM engines too, Grand sport, Electra, Riviera, Skylark, Apollo, Century, w/ 400 430 403 & 455. This carb is being sold as is , for parts or rebuilder. I recommend a rebuild on all carbs before using if perfection is desired. There may be missing parts that I am not aware of, see pictures and determine for yourself. DO YOUR OWN HOMEWORK AND MAKE SURE THIS IS WHAT YOU WANT BEFORE PLACING A BID. And there was no luck in the position either, both Fisichella and the Force India were strong enough to have won with a little more luck. Starting from pole, Fisichella was blitzed down the long straight by Raikkonen’s KERS, but managed to hustle the tail of the Ferrari to the end, finishing just 0.9 seconds adrift at the end.
Chrysler, Nissan postpone plans to share two vehicles
Fri, 13 Feb 2009Chrysler LLC and Nissan Motor Co. have postponed plans to share a North American-built small car and a full-sized pickup until they can reduce costs. A third vehicle-sharing project, in which Chrysler will sell a version of Nissan's compact Versa sedan, will continue on schedule, the companies said late Thursday.

Well, yes, but much of the official Lexus press release is filled with phrases like ‘improved driving dynamics’ and ‘packed with innovative performance’, but no mention is made of fuel consumption or emission figures.
