Up for sale is NOS Briggs & Stratton short block. Part #298851. I don't know what it was supposed to be used for. It may have a wide range of applications. Looks fresh inside. Comes with ignition and a gasket kit. Nice parts for your restoration.

With their Transition model slated to begin deliveries in 2015 or 2016, Terrafugia's TF-X has hit the drawing board.
General Motors cancels plans for Buick compact crossover
Wed, 19 Aug 2009General Motors has canceled plans for a compact crossover for Buick, vice chairman Tom Stephens said Wednesday in a posting on the company's blog. The five-passenger crossover was just announced earlier this month at an event in Northern Michigan. But GM reversed plans after negative feedback about the vehicle said that it didn't fit the premium characteristics associated with the brand.
