For Sale: Used 1971 1972 Pontiac LeMans Sport or GTO hood with scoops. The hood is sold as shown in the photos. The hood is over 44 years old and is not perfect. The hood has rust and needs to restored. (See last to photos for rust spot.) The hood is used and sold as is with no warranty. Ask for a shipping quote. The best shipping price is to a business with a loading dock or forklift to unload the truck. I need the business name and address. I ship to the lower 48 states only. VW reveals plug-in diesel hybrid concept, claims 261 mpg

Volkswagen has used a car show in the Middle East nation of Qatar to unveil a two-seat plug-in hybrid concept car that the automaker says will deliver 261 mpg. The VW XL1 uses a lithium-ion battery pack, an electric motor and a two-cylinder, 0.8-liter diesel engine for the powertrain. We're still digesting the press release, but here are some highlights: -- VW says the XL1 can travel about 22 miles on electricity from the battery pack.
