This auction I for one (1) metal exterior emblem-used.

Taken from a 1972 Ford Galaxie 500. Might be usable for other model years, also. Casting number on the back side is D2AB-6550398-AA.

Condition is about average for it's age. has a few very tiny pinprick marks on the face, and is loosing a little of the blackout paint at the topedges, but fairly decent looking for it's age. The mounting pins are intact and the tiny steel mounting clips are there, also.

Not for a concours resto, but should be perfectly usable to replace a missing, broken, or severely corroded original.

No reserve.

Honda S660 concept stars at the Tokyo Motor Show 2013

Wed, 20 Nov 2013

Honda is calling the S660 a concept, but when company president Takanobu Ito took to the stage at the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show, one of the first things he did was confirm this exciting new small sports car – the spiritual successor to the Honda Beat – will be going into production in 2015. This is great news for Honda, and Ito-san acknowledged a next-generation small sports car has been long awaited by Honda fans, who’ve had little excitement to cheer about since the last Civic Type R and the S2000 roadster were stripped from the model line up. Renault to unveil Alpine-branded concept car at Monaco GP

Tue, 22 May 2012

Renault is set to unveil an Alpine-branded concept car at this weekend's Monaco Grand Prix. The A110-50 – so named to commemorate the fiftieth anniversary of the oh-so-pretty A110 rally car – is clearly a development of the 2010 DeZir concept car although with only one leaked image to analyze, it's difficult to know by what amount it has changed. Clearly it has been subjected to the addition of a myriad of additional details, surfaces, inlets, outlets and various pieces of racing addenda however that, on the little evidence we have, appear to have added drama to the detriment of the refreshingly non-aggressive nature of the DeZir.

Toyota Prius Estate in late 2010

Toyota Hybrid X Concept. Is this a look at the 2011 Prius Estate? We’ve believed for a long time that Toyota were going to extend the Prius brand, effectively creating a sub-brand for its hybrid cars.
