 This is a pair of left and right windshield pillar post trim pieces that were removed from a 1974 Corvette. They will fit 73-76 vettes, and are in usable condition. There are the normal light scratches in the stainless as with any used part, along with a small dent in the passenger side piece (pic 5). If you win more than one item, I will attempt to combine them into the same box to save you shipping costs, but keep in mind that some items cannot be combined because of size or weight. The Audi version of the Gallardo Superleggera - The Audi R8 GT We knew Audi were working on a hardcore version of the R8. Rumours have persisted almost since the V10 version of the R8 bowed in at Detroit last year that Audi wanted to produce a ‘Superleggera’ version of its supercar. We reported in March that Audi were planning a Spyder version of the V8 but also a lightweight version of the R8 V10. We thought it would be the R8 V10 RS.

Mark Goodier gets the first Nissan LEAF delivered in the UK It’s taken a while, but Nissan has finally got the Nissan LEAF on the road in the UK, with the first two customers picking up their cars this morning. Nissan dealers Glyn Hopkin in Waltham Abbey had a pair of nice, shiny, black Nissan LEAFs all prepped and ready to go this morning to the first two UK customers – DJ Mark Goodier and electronics engineer Richard Todd. Mark Goodier – once a Radio 1 key player but now out to pasture at Smooth FM – was the first to drive off in his LEAF, subsequently commenting on Twitter that “…I had a great smooth drive into London today”.

GM sells Suzuki shares to raise emergency funds

The General owns a 3% holding in Suzuki Motor Corporation and will sell 16,413,000 shares on the open market tomorrow. Based on today’s values, GM will raise an estimated £154 million through the sale, although Suzuki will exercise an option to buy back an equivalent number of its own shares in treasury stock.
