Listed is a very nice and well preserved BLACK 74-77 Buick Century clove box door. Unit is genuine GM color black with no color alternations to the skin.SEE PICS This unit was removed off of a low mileage 76 Buick Century and is an ideal piece for anyone freshening up the interior of their 74 75 76 77 Buick Century. The door hinge is straight with no damage. The units chrome knob is bright with no pitting. The spring latch appears to be good but is slightly loose knob. Will need adjustment. A good find for anyone in need of a BLACK glove box door replacement. |

BYD E6 – Next Gen Electric Car battery technology
Sun, 03 May 2009Chinese car maker BYD are using revolutionary battery technology in the BYD E6 The biggest problem with electric cars (or one of them, at least) is that the battery technology is not really up to the ambitions of car makers. Chevrolet’s Volt (aka Opel Ampera) is a good case in point. Tellingly, a Toyota tecchy referred to the science behind the Chevvy Volt as ‘Vaporware’, and the whole project is founded on the expectation that the technolgy will develop quickly enough to make the car a reality.
Brabus upgrades Mercedes-Benz SL Roadster
Thu, 13 Sep 2012German tuner Brabus has added the 2013 Mercedes-Benz SL Roadster to its stable of upgradable cars. The horsepower wizards from Bottrop, Germany, wrung 520 hp from the SL's 4.7-liter bi-turbo V8, which should be good enough for a top speed of 186 mph. The Brabus B20 PowerXtra module is responsible for the 85-hp increase and the 88 lb-ft of extra torque.
