These seat belts are being listed with the auction of a 1975 Corvette, and are correct for 74-77 Corvette coupes. The color is Firethorn red. The lower retractors are frozen with rust (pics 2 and 6), but the upper retractors work, as do the buckles. The chrome has some corrosion as can be seen in the pictures. I could find no tears or frays of the webbing of the belts, but they are very dirty and need a good cleaning. If you win more than one item, I will attempt to combine them into the same box to save you shipping costs, but keep in mind that some items cannot be combined because of size or weight. Ford previews new Vignale sub-brand before Frankfurt motor show reveal

The name of this sub-brand will be one that most of you have heard, perhaps not associated with the Blue Oval: Vignale. Ford has made it clear that none of the Vignale models will be sold in the U.S..

Mon, 29 Mar 2010Lexus hasn’t even started production of the LFA supercar yet, but it’s already unveiled a limited edition version – the Lexus LFA Nurburgring. Built to celebrate the LFA’s entry into the 2010 Nurburgring 24 Hours race, just 50 versions of this track-focussed supercar will be made. The tweaks and changes aren’t radical: the front-mounted 4.8-litre V10 has 10 bhp more (up to 562bhp) and the automated manual ‘box now shifts quicker (gear changes are down from 0.2 to 0.15 seconds) though the 3.7sec 0-62mph time and 202mph top speed remain the same.
