75-81 Trans Am Firebird Dash Black Non A/c Glove Box Door Gm Se 77 78 Y84 on 2040-parts.com
Warner Robins, Georgia, US
Bidding on a nice black glove box door removed from a 1977 Trans Am without a/c. You get the pictured part in real nice shape with no cracks or chunks missing. It looks rough but that is because someone tried to re-dye it black and now most of it is coming off. This will fit the 70-81 Firebirds and Trans Ams and just needs a real good cleaning before installation. This came from a NON a/c car. The hinge is nice and rivets have not pulled apart like most. So if your door is missing or in poor shape, then this auction is for you. Winner to add $13.00 shipping and handling and payment is due via paypal or other methods as per Ebay listing rules. Currently parting out a 1977 Trans Am 4 speed car, and a 1979 Trans Am WS6, so e-mail with your needs and I’ll list the parts on ebay. Check my other auctions as I am cleaning out the garage and need to make some room. Good luck to all!!

Could Michelin’s Active Wheel truly transform the car?
Tue, 27 Apr 2010Cars today have evolved and been refined to an extraordinary degree, but carmakers – and car designers – are still always looking for ‘the next big thing'. Yet despite a myriad of recent technical innovations, ask the man on the street what is the problem with cars of today, and he'll likely reply along the lines of "they all look the same". Mass production processes, packaging requirements and safety and regulatory constraints are just a few of the reasons why it is hard to make a car that looks truly different.
