77 MAICO 400AW REAR WHEEL, USED. Removed from a Maico motocross bike with frame serial #3300907 and motor serial #R3232188. Rear wheel spins very straight and round. The original 18"x2.15" aluminum green label akront rim has no cracks, dents or flat spots. No missing broken spokes. Some spokes have spots of rust. No rust on the nipples or nipple heads. The bearings turn smoothly. The brake drum surface is good. The magnesium hub has three sprocket mounting hole edges chipped so you will need to repair them. I did not see any cracks in the hub. The seal edge or lip has no chipped off areas. Will fit many models/years of Maicos. What will be different is the range of models we expect to arrive in the next few years, from standard and long wheelbase S Class through an S Class Coupe, S Class Convertible and a super-luxury S Class Pullman, which will effectively replace Mercedes’ failed Maybach adventure. The new S Class looks less bulbous than its current incarnation, with the bulging rear wheel arches gone and a slimmer look all round.
