Initially a bespoke project for Jaguar designer Ian Callum, CMC are now gearing up to cater for interested buyers keen to posses a modern interpretation of Jaguar’s classic Mark 2 model. The last time Alfa Romeo fans got a glimpse of the 4C was just a couple weeks ago at the Goodwood Festival of Speed , but at Silverstone the car will be wearing a stylish white matte livery with red, white, and green colors from the Italian flag on its roof and hood. Alfa Romeo is no stranger to the world of bike racing, having sponsored a number of events in the past.

Mon, 26 Feb 2007In conjunction with Pininfarina Deutschland and VDC Fellbach, the Society for the Advancement of Architecture, Engineering and Design in Stuttgart (AED) awarded prizes to up-and-coming young designers as part of a competition that made its debut last year. The Pininfarina Student Award represents a platform intended to make entering professional life easier by offering internships at prominent design companies for successful entrants. In 2006 the Pininfarina prize was awarded in the following categories: - Building Design (Architecture & Engineering) - Transportation Design (Cars and Vehicles) - Industrial Design (Industry and Product Design) All students and graduates at schools in Germany who were not older than 28 at the time of submission could participate.
