Madisonville, Tennessee, United States
Condition:For parts or not working

This is a used fender piece that was removed from a 1980 Indy pace car. This part mounts on the Driver side up front.  please look at the pictures closely.  It is not in the greatest shape.  For starters it is broken up front where it mounts at the front skirt. but not as bad as the passenger side.  There is plenty of old paint that will need to be removed.  The trim moulding running the length of the piece is broken and will need to be replaced.  Up underneath on the backside,  the mounting plate is completely intact with both studs but the nuts are rusted on those same studs. And on the rear of the piece we have one screw hole that is missing a chunk. The starting auction price is not a typo.  .99 cents.  I also will be listing the Passenger side fender flare at the same price on another auction. Maybe someone will have the knack or ability to make them all work.

The global competition's brief asked for students from any design discipline to examine excerpts from the eBook "Peter Teuful, A Tale of car design in Three parts" – written by Bangle himself – and translate them into a series of images.
