The fender is plastic and is Yamaha Mellow White. The fender is in good usable condition, but does have oxidation/weathering.There are no cracks, breaks or repairs and fender is straight. It is still flexible, it has not become stiff and hard. The mounting stays are good, they are straight with light rust on the outside edges. There is a little surface rust on the inside edges, but it is not bad and will clean up easily. I can find no other damage. With some work it could easily be returned to its former glory or just mount it up as is. There is no mounting hardware included.
