79 - 93 Mustang OEM Hood  Primered and ready to paint!

I have an OEM primered hood for a fox mustang.  This hood will fit any mustang from 79 to 93.  The hood was professionally prepped and primered.  There are two small dings in the hood that need to be filled and block sanded to make it mint condition before finish painting.  Very small dings and no rust whatsoever.  If you’d like I can have it painted for you before you pick it up as I know a guy who owns a body shop and I can have it painted for you.  Just send me the paint code/color and I will have it painted for you at cost.  The underside of hood is still OEM Burgundy and can be painted flat black at time of painting...or prepped and painted to your external color.  Hinges and latch not included.

U.S. safety officials deny airbag exemption for the Pagani Huayra

Tue, 09 Aug 2011

U.S. safety officials have shot down Italian supercar maker Pagani's request that the Huayra coupe be exempted from needing advanced airbags--a move that means Pagani can't legally sell the car in the States. Safety rules require that all new cars sold in the United States be equipped with airbags that can automatically adjust deployment force based on the height and weight of the seat occupant.

BMW to offer four-cylinder diesels in North America to improve fuel efficiency

Mon, 23 Nov 2009

BMW will offer four-cylinder diesel engines in North America as it seeks to improve fuel efficiency and match the performance of its current six-cylinder gasoline engines. BMW is considering diesels in a range of models, including its 1 series, 3 series and 5 series sedans and possibly the X3 crossover and Z4 roadster, said Tom Baloga, vice president of engineering for BMW of North America. "You're going to see it in the 3 series, and the 5 series is a good possibility," Baloga said.
