 Please dont be fooled by other sellers who have not even checked or referenced their injectors for proper fitment. We get many customers who have bought the "other guys" Bosch 3 injectors, and have come to us for replacements. Unfortunatly, this is once they are already out of pocket $$, and low on time from purchasing a bum set that does not fit correctly. Our design is different, and proven.

Up for auction is a set of 8 - OEM UPGRADE Bosch 3 "4-hole" injectors designed to fit the 95/96-00 GM/Chevrolet 454 7.4L V8 (Please see applications below).

The factory GM Multec injectors in these 454ci engines are a very problem prone. They have poor atomization characteristics, and cause a very frustrating hard start issue once the motor is warm. This hard warm start issue is the result of the factory Multec injectors leaking after shut down, which in turn floods the cylinders with fuel. This wastes fuel, and creates additional engine wear and tear from excess cranking.

These BOSCH upgrade units drop right in place of your factory injectors, eliminate the hot start issue, and increase MPG and towing power with their 4-hold design. These are exactly the same as the metal body style BOSCH upgrade injectors, only these are the newer design 3's. They have the same flow rate as the factory GM injectors but a more robust, efficient design. They are the best, and most common swap for these 454 engines for a reason, they simply work with great results. Do not replace your injectors with another expensive factory set, you will have the same problems as it is a flaw with the construction of the multec.

All injectors have undergone the following process on our ASNU flowbench:

- Resistance and continuity checked
- Visually inspected to insure a quality platform
- Hand cleaned and degreased
- Ultrasonically cleaned and reversed flow cleaned
- Flow tested with spray pattern observed for consistency
- Drive simulation from 600-10000 RPM with spray pattern observed
- High pressure & low pressure Leak down tested
- New O-rings, pintle caps, and filter baskets installed - ALL ASNU products, not cheap re-productions.
- Machine polished
- Re-inspected & prepped for storage
