Terms of Sale:

We offer a 14 day return policy. Item must be in factory sealed package, never opened in new and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
This means there must be no damage to original packaging, warranty cards must remain blank, and manuals unopened.

Buyer must contact us within 5 days of delivery to request a return.

All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

You must obtain RMA # before shipping item back, otherwise your return will not be approved.

Returns should be packed in an outer shipping carton, to avoid defacing the original box/packaging of the product. The RMA# should be clearly inscribed on the shipping label. A copy of your invoice and Order # should be included, and your Return should be insured, with shipping costs pre-paid.
We cannot accept any COD shipments.

If the item has been damaged in any way we reserve the right to decline the return request.

Upon receipt of product a credit will be issued according to the original payment method.
Please check the item immediately when received to make sure the unit is in working condition.
Defective items out of the box can be exchanged for a working unit. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will pay for shipping of the new item back to the customer for exchanges of proven defective items within the 48 contiguous states.
In the event we do not have a replacement unit, a full refund will be issued.
Items which are returned as defective and are determined by us to be in working condition are subject to a minimum of 25% restocking fee. This is based on the condition of the item when it is returned and based on our sole discretion.

Car in Paul Walker crash going more than 100 mph before deadly crash

While "Fast and Furious" star Paul Walker and business partner and Pirelli World Challege racer Roger Rodas did not have drugs or alcohol in their systems when they died in a fiery car crash on Nov. 30, speed was a factor in the crash according to a published report issued by the Los Angeles County coroner's office on Friday. According to a detailed report in the Los Angeles Times, the car Rodas was driving -- a 2005 Porsche Carrera GT -- was traveling at more than 100 mph before the crash.
