Up for sale is a BRAND NEW OEM Alpine 8-pin Connector for various Honda and Acura audio systems.
This harness has never been used and has no sign of usage like some who claim they are new, when the wear is obvious on the photos.
The manufacturer is Alpine, not those thin made in China variety, that was sold as a Honda part number 08A30-142-020 during production in the late 90's.  This is a discontinued part, and was used to connect the Alpine/Honda/Acura head audio units to the 8-pin Din CD Changers and Cassette players.  The kit comes with 6 wire ties and two foam pads to ensure sufficient clearance and adequate protection from any sharp areas on the vehicle.

This bus harness cable is 15 feet long, originally designed to connect the audio unit to the trunk mounted CD Changer.  It is designed to work with all applicable vehicles equipped with the factory or dealer installed Honda/Acura audio systems with the 8-pin connectors.  The older Honda and Acura audio units were manufactured by Alpine and Pioneer units, this harness should also be compatible with other after-market audio systems equipped with the same 8-pin connectors.

Most of Honda Models up to 1998, with some Honda Accord models up to 2002, are known to have head audio units equipped with 8-pin connector.  Most of all Acura models up to 1998, with some Integra, TL, and CL models up to 2001, are also known to have head audio units equipped with 8-pin connector.  Please confirm by checking the back of the head audio unit to ensure correct connector.

THE REGENT Street Motor Show is set to return to the streets of the capital this November, after organisers confirmed a date for the ultra-successful event. After the huge success of last year’s Show, once again the world-famous West End shopping street will be closed to traffic for what is now firmly established as the UK’s largest free-to-view motor show. In 2013, the traffic-free zone was extended to stretch from Piccadilly Circus right up to Oxford Circus for the very first time.

Volkswagen GTI Roadster for Gran Turismo uncovered – gets 496 bhp

Thu, 29 May 2014

The Volkswagen GTI Roadster (pictured) is uncovered We revealed last week that VW were making their GTI Roadster from the Gran Turismo game in to a real car for the Worthersee show, and they have. Blurring the lines between the real and the virtual (which is the way all our lives are going) Volkswagen has taken the opportunity to build a real life GTI Roadster – without the constraints of a concept heading for production – and has come up with a tw-seater open roadster that has some design cues from the Golf but is shorter and a lot lower. Those deign cues extend to a a front end that looks like a squashed GTI with its headlights and grill on show with big air intakes, all of which conspires to make the GTI Roadster look even lower, emaner and wider than it is.

Audi Q7 gets a facelift

Wed, 15 Apr 2009

But it’s been three years since we were first introduced to the Q7 (at the Los Angeles Motor Show in 2006) so Audi has decided the Q7 needed a little facelift. There have been a few spy shots around recently showing a slightly changed Q7, so we knew it was coming. But, like all the best facelifts, it’s barely perceptible.
