The defective item must be returned with all packaging, manuals, and accessories. We will not charge a "restocking" fee in this case. *Claims for defective items made after 7 days following the receipt of the item and which are still within the original manufacturer's warranty period: Such items must be returned with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. The item will be checked by the manufacturer to verify the defect. If a defect is found, the item will be exchanged for another. A small handling fee may be applied.
