For sale is the final gear case cover from a 1982 Honda CB900C (Custom).  This will fit the following models:

  • CB900  80 thru 82 C (Custom)
  • CB1000  1983 C (Custom)

This final gear case cover is the black color that is original on the 82 CB900 and the 83 CB1000.  The 81 and 82 CB900C uses an aluminum color cover....but this fits perfectly.  This final gear case cover is in very good condition.  There are no cracks nor breaks to the aluminum.  The two bearings are good and can be reused.  The large gasket is good and can also be reused.  The seal that the gear shifter passes through is also good.  Please feel free to email at any time if you have questions concerning this item.  I gladly ship worldwide. Dave Rand, the former General Motors Design Chief, has resigned from the Chinese State-owned automaker after joining the company last October. Rand's resignation, which was made official last week, follows that of his senior at Changan, Ken Ma who stepped down as Vice President of Design earlier this year. It is not clear precisely why both men have decided to leave the Chinese carmaker, but several people familiar with the situation have said that both Rand and Ma's departures are connected with Changan Auto's recent financial difficulties.

The Colibri – which means hummingbird – is a small, single-seat, three-door electric vehicle that’s set to go on sale later this year.
