It is the filler panel in the rear quarter panel in front of the bumper end. Attached to the body. Item is a brand new aftermarket replacement part made of rigid ABS plastic. Finish is primer paint. This is a well made after market replacement part, but may require minor work for installation and painting. Made in USA. Left side. Sold as pictured.
