These retainers fit the moulding (pictured) below

the rear window on Cutlass Coupes equipped with

the Vinyl Landau Roof. The picture of the molding

is included for reference. The moulding is not

included in the auction.

I believe 6 are needed.

Most of the original retainers do not survive removal of

the moulding for repainting or vinyl top replacement.

The auction is for 6 aftermarket retainers that have never

been installed. They are not made by GM.

Please compare the retainers on your car to the ones in the

picture before bidding. These clips will fit all the Cutlass's I

have owned, but GM sometimes made minor changes.

I am am old retired guy with time on my hands. I

make a hobby of locating obsolete and discontinued

retainers for Cutlass's and selling them on eBay.

Talks between GM Europe and PSA (Peugeot Citroen) have failed as a French government bailout for PSA looks imminent. When we reported in March that G.M. Europe (Vauxhall and Opel) has signed an agreement with PSA (Peugeot Citroen) to cut costs and share platforms we thought it a pointless gesture; the savings, compared to the huge losses, were minimal.

The high-performance new Range Rover Sport RS, to be revealed at this week's 2014 Goodwood Festival of Speed, has been previewed by Land Rover in this new video above. The teaser video shows the hot Range Rover Sport on test at the Nurburgring. It's the first go-faster Land Rover to emerge from the new Special Operations division launched earlier in June 2014.

Fisker Karma recalled over fire risk

The Fisker Karma has been recalled after a fire in Woodside, Calif., where the source was determined to be a low-temperature cooling fan. This is the second fire for the Karma this year; the other happened in Fort Bend County, Texas. Around 1,400 Karma models already in customers' hands will be recalled, along with 1,000 that have yet to leave dealerships.
