This is an original left clear lens light with housing for a 1982 GM car or truck, however, I am not sure of the make and model of GM car or truck it fits. Any help identifying would be appreciated. The housing is in good condition with no cracks or breaks. The original mounting areas are intact and useable, and the lens is in good condition with no cracks or breaks, but it does a few minute scratches that may or may not polish out. The lens is approximately 6 3/8" wide X 2 1/2" tall. Overall, a nice piece.

Mon, 04 Apr 2011

BMW M5 Concept - now it's official It was a pretty safe bet that after we revealed the 2012 BMW M5 photos yesterday that BMW would react by revealing some official photos and a bit more information. And they have. So, ahead of the Shanghai Motor Show, we get official photos of the BMW M5 Concept which is – to all intents and purposes – the finished car.

Aston Martin Lagonda SUV still moving forward

Tue, 10 Jul 2012

New reports suggest Aston Martin is still pushing forward with the Lagonda SUV, with underpinnings from the Mercedes GL. Last year we reported the Lagonda SUV was back on (although we’re not sure when it was actually off – just MIA) and that it was Aston Martin’s hope they could raid Mercedes parts bin for the underpinnings of the SUV, and take on the building of a new Maybach for Mercedes in the process. But as we now know, Mercedes has decided a Pullman S Class has more cachet (and less build cost) than  the glitter ball Maybach, so Aston Martin’s hopes of a nice profitable design and build deal evaporated with the last roll of the dice for the Maybach brand.

Rockin' for a Cause: Iconic Jim Marshall photography to be auctioned to benefit MS

Fri, 16 Jul 2010

From black-and-white photographs of some of rock and roll's greatest performers to thoughtful, provocative portrayals of the automobile, Jim Marshall captured enduring images of two of America's greatest passions. Now, for the first time since he died earlier this year, some of his original photographs will be auctioned to benefit his favorite charity, MSFriends. Two portfolios of Marshall's work from the launch of Nissan's iconic GT-R supercar will be sold at a July 24 fundraiser called Rock for MS at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles.
