Here is a used Borg Warner 5 speed 3rd gen Camaro / Firebird transmission.  Part number 1352-072.  Which is a V8 305 5.0 car, transmission originally out of a 1985 model year.  It has mechanical speedo.  The gear ratio is Rev 2.76, 1st 2.95, 2nd 1.94, 3rd 1.34, 4th 1.00 and 5th .063.  It had some weird looking ad on aftermarket shifter top as you can see.  That is the original shifter top.  This one has bolt for stops and not really sure what it is.  I spinned over trans and shifted it thru the gears and it shifted ok.  Car came in with no motor.  So I never got drive it.  And the front sleeve where the throw out bearing would ride as you can see has a chip missing out of the very front bottom side.  Those sleeves are changeable.  It just has a flange on the front of the trans, to unbolt and switch out.  No cracks or breaks in the housing anywhere.  Check out the pictures good.  This is sold as is, all sales are final.  No returns.  This will be shipped out UPS ground service.  Check out my other listings, we have lots of used parts to sell.

Thanks

Fiat 500X Crossover teased on video – debuts at Paris Motor Show

Fiat 500X Crossover teased on video – debuts at Paris Motor Show Just like MINI, Fiat has taken the retro-revival of the 500 way beyond the original, and now the latest take on the 500, and Fiat’s answer to the All4 MINI Countryman, is about to arrive – the Fiat 500X. The Fiat 500X is a butch take on the Fiat 500L, but the first (leaked) photo of the 500X (above) does show a car that’s less boxy than the 500L. Frankly, the video tease Fiat has released doesn’t show as much as the leaked photo, but instead focuses on teasing the 500X’s detail in between shots of a young woman playing on a swing.

Rolls-Royce Ghost V-Specification (pictured) gets 593 bhp The Rolls Royce Ghost has been around for some time, and we’re expecting a reveal as early as the Geneva Motor Show in March. But ahead of a facelift for the Ghost we’re getting another limited edition Ghost to bolster sales – the Rolls-Royce Ghost V-Specification. The Ghost V-Specification is effectively the Ghost with the powerplant from the new Rolls Royce Wraith (itself the ‘Ghost Coupe’) which means power jumps from 563bhp in the standard Gost to 596bhp in the V-Spec.

Dodge Charger recall prompted by headlight issue

Thu, 13 Mar 2014

It's been an unfortunate week for Fiat-Chrysler recalls. We reported yesterday that the company issued return-to-dealer orders for the Fiat 500L, Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Durango. Now it turns out that owners of Dodge's muscle sedan may have a trip to the dealer in their immediate future.
