Senate releases $350 billion more in bailout money

The money could be the source of additional loans to automakers, auto finance companies and perhaps suppliers. Nissan might delay U.S. EV output

"The earthquake is putting us in a very difficult situation," said Hideaki Watanabe, head of Nissan's Global Zero Emission Vehicle Business Unit.
