The following document is a legal agreement between the buyer and ChuJesFra,
Inc. ChuJesFra,
Inc. reserves the right to apply the policy at our discretion and we
reserve the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions presented
here at any time without prior notification to the buyers. Any changes made to
these terms and conditions immediately apply and substitute any of our previous
existing policies. Our terms and conditions,
which apply to all agreements and offers, become effective when an order or bid
is placed and will end fourteen (14) calendar days after the item is delivered
to the buyer (if there is no claim presented) or immediately after the final settlement
of a return or claim (if a claim is presented). Before placing an order or bid,
please make sure you have noted and understood your rights and obligations
under these terms and conditions. By placing an order or a bid with us through

Payment:

Inc. accepts PayPal only. We accept major credit cards via
PayPal. An unpaid claim will be filed through eBay if the payment has not been
received after seven (7) calendar days from the original bid.
All
payments must be received within 7 (seven) calendar days of the
winning bid. If payment is not received within the specified time frame, we
reserve the right to cancel the order and sell the item to another buyer.
PayPal payments absolutely must have a “CONFIRMED” shipping address;
we will not change, alter or ship to an address other than that verified by
PayPal and present on the eBay order.
Shipping
& Handling:
We accept PayPal payment only and we ship to confirmed addresses.
We will do our best to ship the item within twenty-four to forty-eight
(24-48) hours after receiving cleared PayPal payment.
We ship worldwide through USPS, UPS and FedEx. Shipping cost varies
through locations. We ship to AK, HI, GU, PR, VI, PO BOX, Military
Address/Base APO & FPO (US Postal Service), etc. Additional payment per item might
be required for shipment to these addresses. Please contact us for a

Although international shipping is available on most items, cost

Free shipping
offers only apply to PR, Hawaii, Alaska and the fifty continental (50)
states of the USA on items sent only through USPS and DO NOT INCLUDE
shipping to the GU, VI, international destinations, etc. Please be aware that
although free shipping on some of our items is free for you, it not free for
us. If you feel that you must return an item with free shipping, please be
aware that shipping fees are not refundable and a restocking fee applies to all

Tracking service is included in most cases.

USPS is the preferred method of shipment, unless
necessary to ship via UPS or FedEx. Free shipping is not available if the buyer
wants to use other carrier than USPS. If you do not receive Postal deliveries
to the shipping address provided, please contact us before placing your order.
If you have a preference of the courier used, please contact us before placing
the order. Expedited shipping is available on some items. Please
contact us for a shipping quote for “Next Day” or “Second Day Air”.
Since this is an international delivery, shipping time is out of our

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: USPS does not provide tracking
information for first class international packages. If you require tracking
information you will need to use or request USPS Priority Service.
IMPORTANT: Many
countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being
imported from a foreign country. ChuJesFra, Inc. does not cover these costs.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check
with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs
will be prior to bidding/buying. The best we can do is mark them as “GIFT”, if
possible, and at lowest price possible so that our customer does not have to
bear above. Please understand local customs policy, we will not be liable because
of delivery delays in customs.
Order
Cancellations:
We will work to accommodate a customer with any order cancellation
requests. Most orders can be cancelled, so long as the order has not
been picked up by the courier or shipped prior. We cannot cancel orders
that have been already picked up by the courier or that have been shipped.

If an order needs to be cancelled, please contact us directly, by email
or eBay message as soon as possible (A.S.A.P.) before the item is picked up by
the courier. A cancellation request will be sent through eBay, and must be
accepted, for the order to be closed out.
Return
Policy:
ChuJesFra, Inc. provides a return policy (warranty) of fourteen
(14) full calendar days for defective products or DOA (Dead on Arrival)
after the item is delivered. Any return, claim, request, exchange or
refund must be submitted to us through eBay within this period. No return will be accepted or authorized
after these fourteen (14) calendar days (no exceptions made). Please contact
us before any return. If you are not satisfied when you receive
your item, please request a return within fourteen (14) calendar days after
receiving it for a replacement or refund. We make no additional warranties of
any kind, express or implied, for any product manufactured by a party other
than us.
Shipping
fees are not refundable. A 15% (fifteen percent) restocking
fee applies to all returns. If you would like to place a new
order, new shipping fees will apply and are responsibility of the
buyer. Furthermore, if the buyer wants to exchange an item for a different one,
then new
shipping fees will also apply and are the sole responsibility of the
buyer.
All returns must be authorized and require obtaining a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipment; you can obtain
an RMA number by contacting us directly by email or eBay message. New items
that arrive defective or DOA will be replaced free of charge by another of the
same model; unless the buyer specifically requests a refund. If the item is
unique, the buyer qualifies for a refund. Used items that arrive defective or
DOA qualify only for a refund. Electronic and electric items do not have any
warranty and are not covered by this policy for replacement or money
back. ChuJesFra, Inc. will accept returns only within the fourteen (14) day
period and we will refund the item price, but not the shipping fees for
defective or DOA items.
Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer, no matter the
reason, other than the item is defective or DOA. If the item is
defective or DOA, we will pay all shipping fees. For non-defective or non-DOA
items the buyer must pay for packaging and return shipping to us and, in
the event of an exchange, the item will be replaced by another of the same
model, and it will be responsibility of the buyer to pay the shipping fees for
getting the item back. If the item is unique, or the buyer
specifically requests a refund, ChuJesFra, Inc. will refund only the item
price (minus restocking fee) but not the shipping fees.
All
returns MUST BE reported to us within the warranty period of the sale (and
in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and
give us your eBay ID and the RMA number. Please, specify the reason for
the return. The buyer MUST start
the eBay return process within five (5) calendar days after the return
is authorized by us. Any authorized return should be shipped to
us within five (5) calendar days after being authorized. The buyer
should provide us with a way to trace the package. Any return process that is
not started within five (5) calendar days of being authorized, or that is shipped
to us after five (5) calendar days of being authorized, with or without proper
notification to us, will not be granted (will be refused) and the buyer will
lose the money and the item (if the item is on the way).
Returned
merchandise will be inspected upon receipt for signs of use or wear and accepted
by us only if the items are in resalable condition. Packaging
must be in resalable condition (including the barcode/UPC label, if applicable)
in order to receive a refund, exchange or replacement. Products will not be
accepted for return if the packaging is cut, torn, heavily written on, or
otherwise damaged. All items included with the original shipment must be present
with the returned merchandise; this includes, but is not limited to: instructions,
screws, fasteners, gaskets, gears, cables, tubes, accessories, etc.; otherwise
your product will not be eligible for return or the return may be subject to a
refurbishing fee. Returns that are missing components, have severely damaged
packaging, or have in any way been damaged, deformed, or altered cannot be
credited. Any items cut to size, or altered in any way, may not be
returned for an exchange, refund or credit. If you send the item back in
non-resalable condition we will not accept it. If you make a
mistake, we are reasonable and will work with you. If it shows signs of being
installed or otherwise causes us to have to sell it as "used", ChuJesfra,
Inc. reserves the right to refuse or decrease the amount we refund to you.
Any return on orders placed under “Free Shipping” offers will incur in a
shipping charge deduction in addition to standard restocking fees, as explained
earlier. We ship this way so we can offer free and fast shipping even though it
still is not free for us. In most cases, we also do this to keep down on
unnecessary packaging which will just be thrown away into the environment. We
still have packaged it professionally and safe so your item will arrive in good
conditions. If for any reason it does not arrive in good conditions, or for any
reason you are unsatisfied, PLEASE let us know and we will do all we can to help out. WE WILL GO OUT OF OUR WAY FOR
YOU.
Refunds,
exchanges or replacements will be processed within five (5) business days
(Monday to Friday) of the returned item's delivery to us.
ChuJesFra,
Inc. cannot be held liable for any damage caused during shipping of any return
from the customer to us.
If the item is in your possession more than fourteen (14) calendar days
and no claim is filed within that time frame, it is considered used and accepted
by the buyer, and we will not authorize or issue any return for refund,
exchange or replacement. There are no exceptions!
Opened software or media products may be exchanged for the same item if
defective and are not eligible for a refund, unless the item is unique,
in which case ChuJesFra, Inc. will refund the item price but not the shipping
fees.
Your name, address, eBay ID and phone number may be required to process
your refund if you pay using a payment method other than PayPal.
INCORRECT GOODS: In the event that we
send you the wrong item (an item that is not the one in the listing and/or
the pictures of the listing), the goods must not have been opened,
mounted, used, or damaged in any way. If the item that we send to the buyer is
the one shown in the listing, but for any reason it does not fit your vehicle
or fulfill your needs, we will not consider it as an “incorrect good”. Only after
submitting a return request and getting a valid RMA number you may return
the goods for a full refund, including all shipping costs. We
will send you shipping labels to be attached to the incorrect goods you
received. It will be responsibility of the customer to correctly package the
goods in the same way the goods were received. After receipt of the goods and
careful inspection of the goods, we will issue a full refund based on your

for another item in this case. If the item shows signs of being opened,
installed, used or otherwise causes us to have to sell it as "used" we
reserve the right to refuse or decrease the amount we refund to you. If
you still want the item originally ordered, your sole and only alternative

associated with it.

(circumstances considered reasonably beyond our control), we shall not be held
liable for late delivery. As used herein a “force majeure event” shall mean any
of the following: acts of God, fire, earthquake, storms, any natural phenomena,
acts or war or terrorism, explosion, accident, nuclear disaster, riot, material
changes in applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to a
change in state or federal law or other event beyond a party’s reasonable
control rendering it illegal, impossible or untenable for such party to perform
