This is new – never installed. It is a black faux leather finish molded plastic dash cover cap for 83-91 Crown Victoria, LTD, Brougham, Colony Park Wagon, Grand Wagon, Marquis. Part #415 by Dashtop. It is a cover – not a complete dash replacement. Some scratches.
