Payment
We accept Paypal. Loos Trading Inc., PO Box 1652, Shiner, Texas, 77984. Payment, in full, is expected within 7 days.
Fees
6-1/4% Texas sales tax will be charged, if items are shipped within Texas.
Shipping
We ship via UPS Ground and USPS in the lower 48 states, and via USPS only to Alaska, Hawaii and other desinations. Customers have the opportunity to pick-up their merchandise from our warehouse. S&H costs are fixed for shipments within the lower 48 states, higher for other destinations. The cost of shipping insurance is in addition to the S&H costs shown.
Delivery
We ship same or next business day after payment has been received (10-days after receipt of personal checks), unles we are out of town for vacation or long weekends.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds are only issued if the description in the ad is wrong and refund must be requested within 7 calender days after receipt of the merchandise. Items should be returned, freight prepaid, and be in "saleble" condition in original packaging. No returns allowed on items that have been installed, were sold "as-is" or electrical items.
