You are bidding on a pair of used LH & RH gray cloth door panels removed from various 85-89 Firebird models. These are gray cloth with map pocket option (only available with power windows). These panels are in pretty decent condition for their age. The upper panel moldings are in good condition with no cracks. These will fit all 82-89 models (exc GTA style deluxe), but the color is 85-92 (90-92 uses a different door handle bezel and manual mirror trim & use a plastic map pocket). Specifically fits the following applications: 85, 86, 87, 88, 89 Firebird Formula Trans Am (except GTA deluxe) The picture shown is a photo of the actual item you will receive. Unveiled this past weekend at Ferrari’s World Finals end-of-season gig at Mugello, just 499 Scuderia Spider 16Ms will be built, each costing over £180,000. Ferrari says its latest model has been built to celebrate the Prancing Horse’s 16th F1 Constructor’s title, hence the ‘16M’.
Classic BMW takes Best of Show at Hilton Head Island Concours d'Elegance
Mon, 07 Nov 2011A 1937 BMW 328 Roadster owned by Lothar Schuettler of Darnestown, Md., took Best of Show honors at the Hilton Head Island Motoring Festival & Concours d'Elegance. The Sunday concours, which had BMW as the honored marque, wrapped up a weeklong event that included the Savannah Speed Classic vintage races in nearby Savannah, Ga., a tour around Hilton Head by concours entrants, a Motoring Midway and a Car Club Jamboree on Saturday featuring exhibits from car clubs from around the country. The 328 Roadster was first owned by German race driver Baron Fritz Huschke von Hanstein and is one of only 18 cars that were painted black that year.

Mon, 07 Mar 2011The Bertone B99 Jaguar Concept - not for us, say Jaguar We thought we were in a minority of one when we proclaimed the Bertone B99 – Bertone’s take on a new Small Jaguar – to be the wrong direction for Jaguar. We couldn’t conceive why a struggling Italian design firm like Bertone would take a punt on designing a new Jaguar, so we assumed that Jaguar must have quietly commissioned it. Otherwise Bertone would have to be a bit barking to try and usurp Jaguar’s design team; a design team with as sure a touch as any in the industry.
