PRICE MATCHING: ENGINESUS will try to match or beat the shipped price of this item by any seller on eBay currently listing the same item. Q-Where do your engines and transmissions come from? A-Our engines and transmissions are imported from Japan. Most are pulled from good running cars.
Q-How many miles are on your engines and transmissions? A-The average mileage on our engines and transmissions is 30-40 thousand. This is based upon the average mileage of a car in Japan. Japanese vehicles are driven an average of 5,000 miles a year for 5-8 years. The engine or transmission you receive may have more miles or fewer miles. There is no way for us to know the exact milage on any particular engine or transmission.
Q-What does the engine include? A-Our stock replacement engines are sold as longblocks. The longblock is the cylinder head or heads and block. They usually come with intake and exhaust manifolds, distributor, fuel injection or carburetor, pulleys, cut wiring harness, etc. The accessory parts that come on the engine are in some cases different from the USA version and are not covered by the warranty. We ship the engines the way we get them from Japan. It you need a specific accessory part on your engine, let us know and we will try accomodate your request.
If you have any questions on a specific auction item, please make sure that your question includes the auction number. We carry a full line of low mileage Japanese engines and transmissions, so if you need something you don't see, ask us. All questions will be answered promptly.
For more information, our warranty, our full FAQ list, and a complete listing of all our policies, please see our About Me page. Thank you, and happy bidding.

JAGUAR Land Rover has begun a campaign to recruit hundreds of new workers at its Engine Manufacturing Centre near Wolverhampton. Phase one of the overall plan will see 600 new employees join the company over the next four years, with the long-term aim being to recruit 1,400 extra staff members. The first 600 workers will be employed on the manufacturing line itself, producing parts for complex new engines destined to power cars like the Range Rover Evoque and the Jaguar F-Type.

The BMW Alpina B7 - now available in the US
BMW has made it clear that they won’t be making an ‘M’ version of the 7 Series. I know, we’ve hear that all before with the X5, but they seem adamant. In fact, one of our readers questioned our story about ‘No BMW M7‘ a couple of months ago after his local dealer said the M7 was coming in Spring 2010.

The SEAT Ibiza Cupster Concept (pictured) is heading for Worthersee
Some cars that head for the Worthersee Show look like they could be heading for production, but the SEAT Ibiza Cupster Concept isn’t really one of them. SEAT has built the Cupster Concept as a celebration of thirty years of the Ibiza range and it comes without a roof but with a steeply raked windscreen and wraparound glass, big buttresses where the back seats would usually be (there are no back seats) and a boot mounted spoiler. SEAT are promising more details before Worthersee, but it seems reasonable to assume that the Cupster has the regular Ibiza Cupra under its skin complete with the 178bhp 1.4 litre TSI engine.
